TINCO or C/O TRN is a special reference number that is allotted to freight forwarders or clearing agents who register with Federal tax authority (“FTA”).

There is a separate registration and approval process to be undertaken with FTA for getting the TINCO account. One of the steps involves entering into a tax services agreement with FTA. Currently, this registration is not available through the online portal. "
